All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT (8.1%). Ferbon di Mario Rossi currently ships within Switzerland only.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Handcrafted pieces may show slight variations due to the artisanal nature of the work — this is a feature, not a defect.

Ferbon reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of checkout confirmation.

Orders are accepted subject to product availability. Upon completing checkout you will receive an order confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded when Ferbon sends the shipment confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods available at checkout. Card data is never stored on our servers.

We currently ship to Switzerland only. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 3–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over CHF 500.
• Express: 1–2 business days.

For custom-made pieces, delivery times may vary. You will be informed of the estimated timeframe when the order is confirmed.

Ferbon is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or events beyond our control.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send written notice to info@ferbon.ch within the 14-day period. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products (engraved pieces, rings sized to order, bespoke commissions).

Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense unless the product is defective or incorrect.

All Ferbon products come with a 2-year legal warranty for defects in conformity, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, contact us at info@ferbon.ch within 2 months of discovery. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

All content on this website (images, texts, logos, product designs) is the exclusive property of Ferbon and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Ticino, Lugano, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the buyer’s country of residence.
